Kimchi is a famous fermented Korean side dish with a sour and spicy taste. They normally use Napa cabbage and Korean radish. Here in the Philippines, we normally use “Pechay Baguio“.

You can eat Kimchi as meryenda or you can pair it with pancit, fried egg, pork and you can even make kimchi fried rice – which is my favorite!
