Ramen is a famous Japanese dish which means “Pulled Noodles” and served with soup made of chicken or pork broth and normally topped with pork, egg and also seaweeds.
I have to be honest, I’m not a fan of noodles with soup and I only crave for any “soup” dish if I’m not feeling well, that’s why I’m very picky when it comes to “Ramen”.
I just got out of the hospital and I need this “once in a blue moon” craving that I know will make me feel better.
Recommended by many, so I decided to try “Ramen Kuroda” located at the 3rd floor of Cyber and Fashion Mall, Eastwood City Libis.
The place isn’t too big and you’ll normally need to wait for available seats as the place is always jam-packed with Ramen lovers.
I’m telling you, it’s worth the wait! We’ve tried their three Ramen flavors (180 pesos each).
I love how they meticulously prepare the Ramen considering the speed of the service and the number of customers.
Tender meat and flavorful soup – I can’t imagine how long it took them to extract the broth from the pork bone to have this flavor! It’s surely a must try and for those who are not feeling well – This Ramen place will make you feel better, not just because it’s delicious, but it’s affordable too!
