Kimchi is a famous fermented Korean side dish with a sour and spicy taste. They normally use Napa cabbage and Korean radish. Here in the Philippines, we normally use “Pechay Baguio“.
You can eat Kimchi as meryenda or you can pair it with pancit, fried egg, pork and you can even make kimchi fried rice – which is my favorite!
There are many Kimchi stores but only a few stands out. Here’s one and my favorite so far! Tita Adah’s Homemade Eats.
Her name (and online shop) is all over facebook with many positive reviews. She doesn’t only make Kimchi but also sells homemade Yogurt, Yogurt dip, Bacon and many more!
Tita Adah’s Kimchi has the perfect combination of saltiness and spiciness perfect for your Korean drama and Samgyeopsal bonding.
The Hungry Morena Rating: Busog Lusog ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tita Adah normally post the stocks ready for reservation so make sure to also like her facebook page.
